Sustainable Modular Management, Inc. (SMM) provides design, project management, modular manufacturing, delivery, installation, site construction, building maintenance and facilities management, operating and capital leasing, etc.

Modular Construction saves you time and therefore money. Typically, a modular construction approach reduces project completion times by 25 to 50%. The modular design process takes less time than conventional because many elements are pre-engineered. Most modular projects are customized for each project. The biggest time savings comes from our ability to pre-fabricate the building sections while site work is proceeding. This isn’t possible with conventional construction project. SMM utilizes these advantages to deliver completed projects in 45 to 90 days in most cases.

SMM Grows and Moves it's Corporate Office
SMM is expanding and finds it necessary to relocate to a larger office space. SMM recently moved its Corporate Offices to a larger Office Space just a few blocks from our current location. SMM is awarded Large Contract with NAVFAC-Mid Atlantic
SMM was awarded a $3.8 million contract by the US Navy today. SMM will provide (2) Two-Story Modular Buildings including Elevator and Metal Decks, Steps and Canopies at NNSY – Portsmouth, VA. Completion is scheduled for late May.

SMM Expands – Opens Eastern Regional Office
On March 1st, SMM opened its Eastern Regional Office. Concurrently, Rowland Reinert joined SMM as its Regional Business Development Manager – Eastern Region. Mr. Reinert has more than 30 years experience in the Modular Building Industry and has been working with major Modular Building Sales and Leasing Companies prior to joining SMM. His experience in the industry combined with his local reputation and knowledge will help SMM grow quickly in NC, VA, MD and surrounding states.
