Non-Disclosure Policy
SMM’s use of company or personal information that is submitted through SMM’s Web Site is governed by the Sustainable Modular Management, Inc.’s Non-Disclosure Policy, as reflected below:

SMM will make every effort to protect the confidentiality of its customers, vendors, associates and visitors to our Web Site. More specifically, SMM will maintain confidentiality relative to projects, customers and vendors. We recognize the importance in keeping details of projects strictly confidential. We will not knowingly share specifications, designs, financial information, vendor costs, etc. with anyone unless authorized to do so.

Unless required to do so by law, SMM will not sell or rent information, collected through our Web Site or through other methods, to any third party without permission. When information is required to be released by law or when necessary to contact or bring legal action against persons or entities to preserve and/or enforce SMM’s rights, SMM will limit disclosure of information to only what is requested by a Subpoena or details needed to allow SMM to protect itself.

SMM will never knowingly allow access to its Database Information by any third party. We have applied high security firewall architecture, as well as, encrypted database back-ups as part of our IT System Architecture.

Web Site Visitors who request information on our site will be added to our Database and receive email promotions from SMM from time to time (unless they indicate otherwise on our Contact Page). SMM uses Web Site visitor information to update its Database and to analyze results of marketing and business development campaigns. Web Site Visitors will be removed from SMM’s Database upon email request.
